Mikhail Krasnov

Executive Director, Co-Founder of Verysell Group

Ph.D. in Economics. Certified Director by the London Institute of Directors. Mikhail is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of over 30 years in the IT industry. Mikhail Krasnov was a co-founder of Verysell Group in 1990, the preceding firm of Verysell Technologies and one of the top 10 largest IT holdings in Russia on 2004-2011.

Philippe Vogeleer

Chairman of the Board of Directors, NED

After originally training as a lawyer, Philippe retrained in business, communications, governance, media, and technology. He initially worked as a consultant for Deloitte and later ran operational companies for major telco brands Orange and Ooredoo.

Philippe became Global Head of Business Development for the Vodafone Group in 2018, a position he held until March 2024. Here, he delivered investment partnerships with multinational corporations, including global telecom operators, public authorities across EMEA, and international organizations such as The World Bank Group, European Investment Bank, and USAID. After becoming a Chartered Director in 2023, Philippe now advises a number of ICT companies as a Non-Executive Director. He also teaches MBA programs and supports several international charities.

Philippe holds an impressive set of qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in law, postgraduate diplomas in telecoms and competition law, and master’s degrees in law, media & communications, business, and governance.

Over his career, Philippe and his teams have won multiple international awards, including Best IPO in the Middle East, Best Telecom Deal of the Year, Best Investment in Africa, Best Finance Deal of the Year, Best Partnership in the World, and Best Investment in the World.

Petr Krasnov

Executive Director, Co-Founder of Verysell Group

Petr brings to the table 14 years of legal and financial experience. Petr began his career in the hedge funds industry in London. He has been on both sides of multiple M&A deals, as well as working for 3 years in corporate finance within the IT industry. For the past 7 years, Petr has spearheaded multiple complex mandates which include cross-border mergers, restructurings and commercial litigations. He graduated from Cornell University and speaks three languages.
